Friday staging will be in the main parking / main entrance adjacent to the freeway.
Cars & Boats Load-In: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Gates Close: 1:30 PM (no exceptions)
Friday is the preferred load-in day and is strongly encouraged for all vehicles and boats.
Saturday staging will be on the south side of the lot, opposite the hotel on Ring Road.
Pre-Staging Begins: 5:00 AM
Move-In Window: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Saturday move-in is only for participants who cannot arrive on Friday. Early arrival for pre-staging is strongly recommended.
